First Exchange is a service company which operates an Exchange System providing Accommodation Exchange services to its Members.
A person becomes a Member of the First Exchange System on acceptance by First Exchange of a completed Application for Membership Apply Online Here.
An Affiliated Owner is a Timeshare Owner in an affiliated resort. A resort is affiliated to First Exchange by signing the Affiliation Agreement, which means that the resort has chosen First Exchange as its preferred Exchange Company. Affiliated timeshare resort owners are automatically members of First Exchange.
Membership of First Exchange is a separate and distinct contract from that of a Member’s purchase contract with any timeshare developer or seller of timeshare or other Accommodation Unit.
First Exchange does not sell, lease, or in any other way convey an interest in any movable or immovable property or a property timesharing interest.
Don’t forget all the other benefits available by means of your First Exchange Club Status. Bonus Weeks and Special Offers are available for your use and you also have the benefits of carrying your Points forward, borrowing from next year, or even purchasing additional Points if you require them.

BENEFITS PROGRAMME
The First Exchange Benefits programme is an added benefits programme that adds value to members' base level membership by allowing them the opportunity to upgrade into higher tiers.
There are four tiers in the programme, Blue, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Blue is the entry level membership and is free for all members who sign up with First Exchange.
Blue members are automatically upgraded to Silver upon deposit of a Gold Crown owned week. Gold and Platinum are available to members at an additional annual fee.

USING
YOUR POINTS
POINTS ALLOCATION
Once you have deposited your timeshare week with First Exchange, Points equivalent to the value of the Timeshare Week you have deposited, will be issued for the year and are held in credit for 12 months
HOW TO BANK YOUR WEEK:
STEP 1
Become a Member - click here.
STEP 2
Check that your timeshare week levy is paid
STEP 3
Deposit your timeshare week with First Exchange - .
STEP 4
Receive confirmation that your timeshare week deposit has been banked with First Exchange.
STEP 5
Make your holiday booking and pay using your available Points - either online HERE, or call the First Exchange support line 031 717 7500
STEP 6
Print your Guest Certificate from your online booking confirmation, or received from your Holiday Planner, check that your guest name and details are correct.
STEP 7
GO ON HOLIDAY!
